Do you want to keep your house? It is important to learn exactly how bankruptcy will allow you to do so.

Find out what will happen to your car and other property:

What do you want to keep? Depending on the type of bankruptcy you file, you may have to give up some property. I will work with you to design a plan based on your needs.

Find out how bankruptcy will impact your spouse:

If you share debts with your spouse, it will impact the type of bankruptcy you file. I will take great care to protect your spouse and other loved ones you share debts with.
