Fair Consumer Reporting in Bankruptcy Act of 2015.

Creditors can prevent you from getting your fresh start after your Bankruptcy has ended if hey fail to report the debt to the Credit Reporting Agencies as zero and bankrupt.  It happens more than it should.  This cheats the newly bankrupt person of her Fresh Start as intended by the law.   The National Consumer Law Center is pushing the Fair Consumer Reporting in Bankruptcy Act of 2015 in Congress.  Finally, some hope for the downtrodden!       Click here for the full text:  Fair Consumer Reporting in Bankruptcy Act of 2015
